NHS Foreclosure Prevention Workshop (City of Chicago, NW Side)

Struggling to make your mortgage payments? Learn what you can do to prevent foreclosure from NHS, a HUD-certified counseling agency. NHS is offering free foreclosure prevention workshops several days a week in multiple Chicago locations.

In these Workshops, you can:

• Learn what you can do to avoid foreclosure.
• Learn how to avoid scams that might cheat you out of your home.
• Become empowered and develop an action plan to help you save your home. 

In order to get started you will need to complete an NHS Intake Form and register here. This form will provide counselors with background info on the homeowner, the mortgage, information on the property and current expenses.  Please print out and bring to the workshop.  Intake Form en Español.
